Looking for 2-3 more volunteers for this year’s Allocations Committee
It’s time to dispense funds from the profit of this year’s sold out, spectacular Holiday Pops!
Margaret Greene and Joan McCormack have volunteered thus far.
Committee members’ responsibilities include attending 1 to 2 in-person meetings between now and April 30; vet any organization that has not received funds from us before and review their board structure, non-profit status, financial transparency, and who benefits from their projects, etc.
Ideally, the programs of any non-profit receiving funds from the club should fall under one or more of Rotary’s Areas of Focus (Maternal and child health; disease prevention; education and literacy; community development; peace initiatives and conflict resolution; clean water, and the environment).
However, any organization with a need that addresses a need
can also be considered.
Please Note:
Any active member may suggest a non-profit to the Allocations Committee. If you have a suggestion, please email Linda with the organization’s name, contact information, and a brief description of why you are suggesting that organization for consideration.

Thank you to those who have volunteered
to serve on our Scholarship Committee:
