Update - Bench Project at Farrell Court

The District Grant Spending Plan has been approved.

There will be a careful eye on the weather starting in March

to set the installation schedule for the trees and benches.

about plans for Rotary's response to the California Wild Fires.

Our “Snow Day Policy” adopted last year

We would like to determine our winter meeting cancellations the afternoon/evening before our scheduled breakfast meeting to respect the concerns of all of our members relative to their plans, scheduling and safety.

Therefore...

• In general, if Marblehead Public Schools declare a school closing the day/afternoon before, we will also cancel.

• If there are 3 or more inches of snow and it is still snowing at 9 p.m. the evening before, we will cancel.

• If there is concern about ice, we will cancel.

• We will consult with Don Doliber who commanded 46 school busses during the winter and Treasurer Vince for final approval as well as the Speaker Committee so they can contact the speaker if one is scheduled.

• Cancellation means a complete cancellation with NO Zoom option.

• We will do our best to send out snow cancellation information the afternoon/evening before.

• Finally, please be sure to use your own good judgment about declaring your own “personal snow day” as you know what is safest and wisest for you.
