Rotary Leadership Institute--
"I am already a leader in my profession and my community. Why would I need to attend RLI?" Because leaders know that they can always learn ways to be better leaders! RLI is not just for current or future club officers...any Rotarian would benefit from attending, particularly leaders new to Rotary.
