Thanking Tricia  and Amy for supplying
tasty sweet bites and delicious fruit
last Tuesday.

Appreciating Judith and Vince for bringing sweet
bites and fruit this Tuesday!
Linda will be perking coffee, and
the carafe which Jessica purchased for the club's use
for boiling water will be ready for tea.

"Breaking bread together" in fellowship is a joyful
way to start the day. Have you volunteered yet
to bring food? It can be simple and does not
have to be expensive or home baked.
See Amy to sign up. Thank you!

 NEW SERVICE OPPORTUNITY

DIAPERS....DIAPERS....DIAPERS....DIAPERS,,,,

A couple of years ago, in conjunction with the Marblehead Rotary, we collected badly needed diapers to benefit the clients of the Lynn Family Association...We filled 3 SUV's  back to front from floor to roof!

From now until April 30, Marblehead Health Department is initiating efforts along with Danvers and Swampscott to solicit donations of diapers, wipes, and cash contributions to benefit local area residents who have infants and toddlers and can't afford those necessary items.

CAN WE DO IT AGAIN?.......... SURE WE CAN!

They are looking particularly for sizes 5 & 6 but all sizes will be welcomed. Once again, donations may be dropped
off at Dolibers, 7 Westminster Rd. If you cannot drive to Westminster Rd., let Linda or Don know and arrangements will be made to pick your donations up. (Donations can also be left at the Marblehead Health Department, 7 Widger Rd., during office hours M,T,Th 8-5; W 8-6; F 8-12:30)

The diapers and wipes must be in new, unopened packages. Per the Health Department, in a nod to the environment, cloth diapers in new, unopened packages will also be accepted. Note: Per the Health Department rep, "many of the local donations in the past went to the
Marblehead Food Pantry."

If you care to make a financial donation in lieu of diapers, please make your check out to the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor, give it to Don when you sign in on Tuesdays, or mail to Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor, PO Box 941, Marblehead, MA 01945 by April 25. Please put "Diaper Donation" in the memo line. Thank you!

RYLA - ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARD

Happy News! We will be sponsoring one sophomore or junior from Marblehead High School to attend a weekend program May 17-19 at Camp Rotary Boxford, MA. Attendees will have opportunities to develop life, leadership and problem-solving skills and to make friends and connections across
District 7930 and District 7950.
The cost to our club is $350 and the chosen student will pay a $25 application fee. We are coordinating this effort with the Marblehead Rotary and at least seven applications
have been received so far.

Jessica is keeping on point for this project and
will keep the club updated.

THIS TUESDAY - WHERE TO GO AND HOW FAR
CAN OUR CLUB GO FROM HERE?

This Tuesday, we will be continuing our visioning journey with some fun activities to help bring us closer together in order to develop a unified, up to date mission statement and narrow down the format we'll use to determine our goals and service to our community and the world around us. Bring your ideas, your hopes, and your dreams for the future of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor.

Be present in person if you possibly can...Let Linda or Tricia know by Monday 7:00 p.m. if you need a Zoom sign-in.  Everyone's input will be essential in this process!
