Hello to special friends and family of Steve Limon, the MHS class of 1964 of which Steve and I are members, the Marblehead Harbor Rotary, and fellow Rotarians,

YOU’RE INVITED TO HONOR STEVE LIMON
The Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor (RCOMH) is thrilled to invite you to the Artist’s Reception in honor of Steve Limon on November 12 at 6 p.m. to celebrate the watercolor he specially created for the club’s annual Holiday Pops event. Under usual conditions, the artist reception happens in person at the Marblehead Abbot Library.  Now, because of our virtual life, folks from all over the nation and world can attend via Zoom.

The reception includes a special welcome by me, an interview of Steve by Rotarian Jessica Barnett, and comments by Gene Arnould who owns Arnould Gallery and who framed the picture.  And, of course, the official unveiling of the art with comments by Steve. You will also have an opportunity to participate in real time during the Q&A.

TO “ATTEND” BY ZOOM
Please respond to this message by RSVP-ing to 01945rcomh@gmail.com so we can send you the Zoom link and also admit you from the waiting room on the evening of the event.  If your Zoom name is not the same as your email name, please respond with that information. If you do not have a Zoom account please add the app by Googling the Zoom app, click on it, and install now.  When you receive the Zoom codes, be sure to save it. Then, on the evening of November 12, click on the meeting number and you will be admitted to the waiting room, then into the meeting.
Please log in early.  There may be many folks on the Zoom meeting. To process all of us, we will need time to admit you all.  And for our MHS64 group, we can look forward to seeing each other once again since our 50th reunion.

TO “ATTEND” BY FACEBOOK
If you would prefer, you can also watch the reception on the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/rotaryclubofmarbleheadharbor. However, we won’t be able to see each other or participate in the Q&A in real time.

4 WAYS TO “OWN” THE ART AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE ROTARY CLUB OF MARBLEHEAD HARBOR
Please go to https://rotaryclubofmheadharbor.org  where you can donate to our Holiday POPS 2020 and purchase the artwork merchandise – giclees, prints, and notecards of the artwork, and raffle tickets to hopefully win the original artwork. (A giclee is a high quality print with the full variety of colors in the original.)  All proceeds are used by the RCOMH to support local, national, and international humanitarian efforts.
The winner of the artwork will be announced a day after the Holiday POPS. The Holiday Pops itself will be on Saturday, December 12th

PLAN TO ATTEND THE HOLIDAY POPS CONCERT REIMAGINED 2020 – ONLINE – FREE!
Access to the concert will be free and the link for the concert will be available on the club’s website as we get closer to the concert date.

SO PLEASE…
