ALLOCATIONS COMMITTEE
 
Time to decide on the charitable and philanthropic organizations that will receive funds which we have set aside from the proceeds of Holiday Pops.
 
All RCoMH members in good standing are welcome to nominate non-political and non-religious service and non-profit organizations to receive donations from our club.
Deadline for suggestions: Tuesday, June 4 at Noon.
 
This year's Allocations Committee members are
Jessica, Patricia, Vince,
Judith Black, Amy Hart and Joan McCormack.

1. Marblehead Food Pantry Donations - June 4
Non-perishable food and hygiene items
 
2. Snacks and Treats for Overseas Military Personnel
In addition to cards and notes, our service people greatly appreciate gifts of snacks and toiletries. We'll be collecting items to send out as soon as we can fill the box.
Here is a list of items prepared by Joan Cutler:

Powdered Drink Mix (with Electrolytes if possible)

Come celebrate
Amy Hart (President Elect), Lesley Tracy (Secretary)
and our new Director yet to be announced
as well as thanking Don Doliber for his years of service to our club as a Past Club President as he retires from his most recent position as Club Secretary.
There is no charge for this special event breakfast.
We do, however, ask that you RSVP
to Jessica at jdharbar@comast.net OR by signing the sign-up sheet at the sign-in table so we can give Louise an accurate count.
The menu will be French Toast, Fresh Fruit and Bacon.
Special Note:
We are deeply honored that our new District Governor (2024-25) Tom Hankard
will be joining us and has agreed to conduct the installation of our club officers.

Our club has submitted a request to host a Friends Forever Team in the fall. This team may be from anywhere in the world which will give us a very special insight into what Rotary International
