SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
The Scholarship Committee has met and
the quality of the applicants was truly impressive.
The decision was tough, but the committee has designated
two MHS seniors out of 14 applications to receive
$2,000 toward their college tuition.
Also, recommended to receive
the Lee and Barry Weed Award of $5,000 per year for
4 years was an outstanding student
who has provided exemplary community service,
all the while maintaining an impressive GPA.
Shhh...the names are a secret until the students receive their awards at a ceremony on May 28.
