SET-UP AND DECORATING ABBOT HALL
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 8 a.m. to NOON!
 
 
 
• Set-Up on Friday, December 12, 8 a.m. at Abbot Hall
Heavy Lifting and Placement of Tables and Chairs with Tim Havens and Bob Erbetta
following Judith Black's seating plan
 
• Decorating on Friday, December 12, 9 a.m. to Noon at Abbot Hall
Decorating the Hall with Linda Doliber, Marguerite Frank Peper and Tricia Sullivan
and a Team of Rotarians, friends and family!
From Linda...
Calling on all available members: Friday 12/12 9 a.m. to Noon
Pops Set-Up.
Coffee and doughnuts will be served.
Jobs: tablecloths placed, table numbers and signage where appropriate,
placemants and poinsettias on each table, lots of bows,
Xmas tree set up with lights strung, stage front decoarated, balcony swags hung and batteries tested.
Many hands will make light work!

The fun of this is sharing the joy with everyone
and extending our together-time just a bit longer!!!
