Brindamour is an accomplished artist, and has made winter Holiday and Father Christmas figures for many years. Each is made entirely by the artist. His interest is in nineteenth century dolls and costumes, and his knowledge and expertise are extensive. He works slowly and methodically, and each meticulous creation is truly a unique and collectible work of art. He also makes custom figures to order for a wide range of clients. His business, "Marblehead Made" is a collection of his paintings, papier mache dolls, Christmas items and other artistic works with ties to earlier times. Inspired by antiques, these original works are carefully researched to give the look and feel of an antique by using the same techniques and materials as the original. This gives his work a special timeless quality. Roy's work has been at The Peabody Essex Museum gift shop, The Wenham Museum gift shop and shops in Marblehead, MA.
