Every club member has the opportunity to nominate someone for the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship recognition - a fellow Rotarian or a worthy member of the community who represents the spirit of Rotary.
Please submit your Paul Harris nominations to Cyndi or Trista no later than May 19, 2017. If you need a nomination form, they will happily give you one! You can either deliver your nomination by hand at a meeting or email them. If you have questions, contact Cyndi or Trista.
The annual Postal Food Drive is on Saturday, May 13 at the Mason's. Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
12-2pm (set up and sorting)
2-4pm (sorting)
4-6pm (breakdown and sorting)
8 people (at least) for each shift are needed. We are one of the few community organizations that support this, so we need full Club participation. This is a fun day!
It's the 25th anniversary of the Postal Service Stamp out Hunger Drive and it benefits our own Food Pantry. The Food Pantry relies on this drive to get them through the summer months when donations are down. For more details go to https://www.nalc.org/community-service/food-drive.

Help Local Syrian Families
There are two Syrian families who will be moving into apartments in Lowell by the end of May. Please set aside any gently used household items over the next few weeks to help these families set up their apartments. More details from Heidi coming soon!
100th Foundation Anniversary Golf Tournament
Join Rotarians from 47 clubs to help support and celebrate the 100th Anniversary of our Rotary Foundation! Golfers of all abilities are encouraged to compete for the District 7930 Anniversary Cup. If a team of 4 plays from our Club, we will get our Club's name on the Anniversary Cup! Great prizes and fellowship, with dinner to follow at the Wenham Tea House.
